Concrete Jungle – Akia Brygghus

Concrete Jungle by Akia Brygghus. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a big head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, some herbs and lemon.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, grapefruit, herbs and some white bread.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and just a bit of tropical sweetness. Pretty nicely balanced but lacks a little bit of punch. 3.75 out of 5.
