Bock: I’m Burning Up! by Geflebockens Bryggeri. Red IPA, 6.2% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and a bit malty aromas of grapefruit, white bread and some syrupy notes.
Flavours are citrusy and malty, with white bread, grapefruit, herbs, syrup and some orange.
Pretty crisp mouthfeel, a distinct medium bitterness and some of that dried fruit sweetness. Somewhere in between a classic IPA and a Red IPA in the taste, but could have had a bit more punch, ends up slightly flat. 3.5 out of 5.
