Broken AC – Unibärsum

Broken AC by Unibärsum. American IPA, 6.5% ABV, 10 IBU. Brewed with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, honey, some orange and a little bit of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, some orange and herbs.
Slightly juicy but a bit thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness and a little bit of fruity sweetness. A bit light in the flavours, wanted a bit more punch, as of now a bit too subdued. 3.5 out of 5.
