Cosmosis (PULP) – Elmeleven

Cosmosis (PULP) by Elmeleven. Fruited sour, 5% ABV.

Dark purple colour, pours no head.
Fruity aromas of raspberries, blueberries, cherries and a little bit of coconut.
Flavours are fruity, with raspberry, blueberry, cherries and some coconut.
Thick mouthfeel, not overly tart and with a balanced sweetness. The coconut is there in the background adding some depth but doesn’t take over too much. Very nicely balanced. 4.25 out of 5.
