Digital Dawn – Toppling Goliath Brewing Co

Digital Dawn by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. Double IPA, 7.8% ABV, brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Sabro and Amarillo.

Hazy and juicy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are tropical and a bit citrusy, with pineapple and hints of grapefruit
Tropical flavours and with some hints of citrus, pineapple, sweet cake, notes of lychee and hints of grapefruit.
Juicy and fresh mouthfeel, soft bitterness but more sweet than bitter. Not super hoppy, but it’s not a NEIPA so that’s to be expected, although it got some characteristics of that style in the flavour-profile. Digital Dawn is a good and well balanced beer. 4 out of 5.
