Eskilstuna Red IPA – Eskilstuna Ölkultur

Eskilstuna Red IPA by Eskilstuna Ölkultur . Red IPA, 5.3% ABV, 30 IBU.

Dark bronze colour with a dark red tint, pours a relatively small head.
Aromas are malty and with notes of bread, caramel and pine.
Flavours are malty and a bit roasty, with rye bread, pine and hints of coffee beans. Some small hints of mango in there as well.
Crisp mouthfeel and a distinct bitterness. A pretty nice version of a red IPA, it’s been a while since I had this style. Pretty well balanced and well made. More of a personal style preference that makes it a 3.5 out of 5.
