High Desert – Omnipollo

High Desert by Omnipollo. American IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear golden colour, pours a big head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, herbs, pine and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and a little bit citrusy, with mango, white bread, pineapple, herbs, grapefruit and some pine.
Smooth mouthfeel, pretty high bitterness and just a tad of sweetness. Nicely balanced and a pretty good interpretation of the style. 3.75 out of 5.
