High Hops Low Expectations by Bua Beach Brewery. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV, 23 IBU.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, mango, papaya and some notes of white bread.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, papaya, grapefruit and sweet cake.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft and pleasant bitterness and quite some tropical sweetness. No booziness to talk about, pleasant to drink. I haven’t had anything from this brewery before and this one was a really nice surprise. Well balanced and nicely made, I really enjoyed it. 4 out of 5.
