Hönölulu IPA – Hönöbryggeriet

Hönölulu IPA by Hönöbryggeriet. International style IPA, 6% ABV. Brewed with Magnum, Mosaic and Galaxy.

Half clear and a little bit lemony colour, pours a relatively small head.
Aromas are citrusy, slightly tropical and a bit resinous, grapefruit, passion fruit and small hints of pine.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit tropical but also some malty notes, grapefruit, passion fruit, some white bread and a little bit of honey.
Crisp mouthfeel, and a pretty defined bitterness. It’s fresh and pretty nice, much more flavours than what the slightly boring colour gives an impression of. 3.5 out of 5.
