Hoppy Flower – Birrae Blues

Hoppy Flower by Birrae Blues. Double IPA, 7.5% ABV, 60 IBU.

Hazy amber colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are malty and citrusy, with white bread, grapefruit, honey and some hints of caramel.
Flavours are citrusy and malty, with grapefruit, white bread, orange, some honey and herbs.
Crisp mouthfeel, a pretty distinct bitterness and not much booziness. Pretty nice, although the more fruity flavours could have popped a bit more to give some more freshness. 3.5 out of 5.
