Huey – Duckpond Brewing

Huey by Duckpond Brewing. Fruited Gose, 5% ABV.

Dark and slightly milky red berry colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant and vanilla.
Flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, vanilla and notes of blood orange.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium tartness and sweetness. Pretty vanilla forward, but the blood orange gives some depth to the more classic sour-flavours. Nicely balanced and doesn’t become too sweet. 4 out of 5.
