IPA Specimen.7 – Chad Beer

IPA Specimen.7 by Chad Beer. Double New England IPA, 8.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra and Eldorado.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of mango, grapefruit, pineapple, orange and some small hints of pine.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with mango, grapefruit, pineapple and pine.
A bit juicy but also slightly thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness and a boozy bite in the end. Could have had a bit more punch in the flavours considering the ABV, I’m left with a little bit weak feeling. 3.75 out of 5.
