Jubileums IPA 10 år – Klackabackens Bryggeri

Jubileums IPA 10 år by Klackabackens Bryggeri. Rye IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear dark bronze colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are citrusy and a bit herbal, with grapefruit, rosemary and small hints of pineapple.
Flavours of citrus and stone fruits, grapefruit and apricot. Also a bit herbal, some notes of rosemary. Not as malty as expected considering the colour on this one.
Pretty crisp and has a defined bitterness that finishes it off nicely. A pretty solid IPA, 3.5 out of 5.

This is the first beer in a series celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the brewery. It’s gonna be fun to see what the other ones bring.
