Passionfeber IPA – Brewski

Passionfeber IPA by Brewski. American style IPA, 7% ABV.

Half clear pineapple colour, pours a really big head.
Tropical and sweet aromas of passion fruit, mango and pineapple.
Flavours are tropical, with passion fruit, mango and some pineapple. Small hints of pine underneath the tropical flavours.
Crisp but kind of thin mouthfeel. Pretty close to a sour, but without the tartness and with some resinous notes instead. It’s totally ok, but I think I prefer either a straight up sour or a more classic IPA, this falls a bit short for me. It’s gluten free, which makes it a nice choice for those with gluten intolerance though. 3.5 out of 5.
