Refract by Chad Beer and Prizm Brewing. Double New England IPA, 8.5% ABV.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and a bit tropical aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, pine and some hints of passion fruit.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with pineapple, grapefruit, pine and some sweet cake.
Slightly juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and not much booziness to talk about. Could have had some more punch considering the ABV, ends up slightly thin and flat. The tropical flavours don’t come through that strong. Could have been a bit better balanced. 3.75 out of 5.
