Sonoma – Remmarlöv Gårdsbryggeri

Sonoma by Remmarlöv Gårdsbryggeri. American style IPA, 6.7% ABV.

Half clear bronze colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and piney aromas, grapefruit, herbs, bread and dried orange.
Flavours are citrusy and piney, with dried orange, herbs, bread, grapefruit and some small notes of honey.
Crisp mouthfeel, bitter but not the most bitter West Coast I’ve had, got some nice sweetness as well. Pretty classic West Coast-profile, well made and nicely balanced, perhaps nothing that stands out from the crowd that much, but really solid 3.75 out of 5.
