Stoorn – Bryggverket

Stoorn by Bryggverket. Double New England IPA, 8.5% ABV, 7 IBU.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and malty aromas of mango, pineapple, white bread and some notes of syrup.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, with mango, pineapple, grapefruit, white bread, some herbs and syrup.
Crisp mouthfeel, not very bitter and with a medium sweetness. A small boozy bite but pretty gentle. Nice balance in the flavour-profile, a bit more herbal and malty as compared to other New Englands. 3.75 out of 5.
