Watt – Stjernsund Brygghus

Watt by Stjernsund Brygghus. American style IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy aromas of grapefruit, white bread and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and a little bit tropical, with grapefruit, some white bread, herbs and a bit of pineapple.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and some sweetness. Not very piney and resinous for being a West Coast, a little more towards the fruity end of the spectrum and with a bit less bitterness. Still a decent beer, but might make the West Coast aficionados a bit disappointed. 3.5 out of 5.
