Ciro’s Cold IPA – Sigtuna Brygghus

Another one from Stockholm Beerfest. Ciro’s Cold IPA by Sigtuna Brygghus. Cold IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear gold colour with citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, guava and lychee.
Flavours are citrusy, a bit tropical and a little bit flowery. Grapefruit, lemon, guava.
Crisp and clean mouthfeel, a pretty mellow bitterness. A little bit subdued in the flavours, even though it’s fresh and clean. I’m still not totally convinced about cold IPAs though. 3.5 out of 5.
