Oopsie Dhasy – Perfectly Squared Brewing

Oopsie Dhasy by Perfectly Squared Brewing. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 26 IBU.

Slightly muddy and hazy yellow colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are citrusy and a bit tropical, grapefruit, pineapple and notes of white bread.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit tropical, grapefruit, pineapple, white bread and a slight bit of pine. Pretty muted flavours, not very vibrant or punchy.
Crisp mouthfeel and a medium bitterness. Some tendencies of oxidation in the taste and colour. A bit of a letdown because of that. I won’t put a grade on it because of possible oxidation.
